The hotel was absolutely great with lots of big and relaxing rooms. The location was particularly good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. It also was in the middle of jackson. We spent 1 night here and really enjoyed that.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, which had all the amenities we needed. We loved the fact that there was silverware available to finish our leftovers from dinner. the hotel was conveniently located near the places we wanted to visit.

Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. They did not provide daily room cleaning nor clean towels on a daily basis.

The staff are HELPFUL and excellent. The place has good location in the middle of jackson. Again, it's 3 miles from a covered bridge.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and spacious, with plenty of drawers and counter space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and there were plenty of pillow options. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and large pool that we pretty much had to ourselves. The lobby was pristine and the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Breakfast was delicious and had a decent amount of options, served until 10am so we didn't have to rush. We also loved the outdoor seating areas with a fire pit.
